2025 SUMMER CAMPS

Experience engineering in action! From race cars and tracks to tools and their use, engineering plays a vital role in the world of NASCAR. Campers will spark their creativity as they design, plan, build, test and improve engineering skills through a wide variety of projects.

PRICING

  • $350 (non-member)
  • $300 (member or returning camper)

    • There is a non-refundable $50 per registration deposit processed with this registration TODAY. In addition, if you opt in for add-ons such as lunch, extended care or an extra t-shirt, that payment is due today. Final payments for camp fees are due by June 1st, 2025.


    Be advised, as part of the programming, week 4 & 5 registration will have an additional $75 transportation fee for an off-site field trip.

    Pricing includes one camp t-shirt. An extra t-shirt, lunch and extended care options are available as add-ons.

Payment options are not available until you add at least 1 camp week to your order.

Final Payments:
Full payment is due for Summer Camp 2025 by June 1, 2025. Balances not paid by June 1 will forfeit your child’s spot.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy:
Camps with low enrollment are subject to cancellation. NASCAR Hall of Fame will make this determination two weeks prior to the start of a session. If a Camp is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will be notified and given the opportunity to select another Camp (based on availability) or receive a refund.
If you need to cancel any camp enrollment (for any reason) you must notify us in writing by 5:00 PM on Monday, May 26, 2025, to receive a refund of camp tuition—minus the reservation/cancellation fee.
Missed days of camp are not eligible for a refund and cannot be applied to any other camp session.
Cancellation requests must be emailed to the Camp Manager.
When a camp session sells out, you may join a Wait List.
When a space in a camp session becomes available, we will contact the first person on the list by phone. If we do not reach a live person, who is ready to reserve the available camp at that moment, then we will immediately move on to the next person on the list.
To be added to a wait list send an email to education@nascarhall.com with the subject line “Wait List”. In the body of the email list the full name and phone number of the person you want us to contact and the camp Week/Grade Level of the wait list(s) you wish to join.
